It’s simple to enter. Just leave a comment below saying how you would use this rich, red ink. This offer is open to residents of the U.S. only. One entry per person with the winner to be selected, 8/14/2016, at 7 pm PDT. The winner will have until 8/16/2016, 7 pm, PDT to claim the prize. If not, a replacement winner will be selected.

For so long, I’ve been wanting to try out Noodler’s bottled ink…I always seem to put it off – how wonderful it would be to be introduced to Noodler’s, by dipping a G nib into the bottle and laying on paper a rich hue of red in flowing strokes and swirls!

My name is Wednesday, and Halloween will soon be upon us. This Childe of Woe is in great need of a wicked-good vampiric red ink to draw a few exquisitely formed Grim Reapers locked in a Danse Macabre with laughing skeletons, encircled by ravens shrieking the modest details in the invitations to my Gothic Halloween costume-party.
In the past, I’ve used Noodler’s Beaver brown ink, as it so wonderfully imitates the sepia lettering in medieval manuscripts, but I refuse to repeat myself. Besides which, Noodler’s Berning Red looks just the ink to inspire my imagination for the wonderfully Haunted NIght to come.
I humbly thank you for offering such luscious inspiration in the form of Noodler’s Berning Red ink.

I am running out of my Sheaffer Skrip red which I use to fill up my 15-year-old Pilot V-Pen using a syringe. That’s the pen I use for marking and note taking, and it certainly would welcome a new rich red ink for a change!

My desk is covered in notes to myself. It’s a system that works, but sometimes I need REDFRIGGININK to snatched my attention for a particularly important issue. It’d be nice to be able to use a fountain pen for these.
