Field Notes Offers Perfect Icy Colors

If you need a small, soft notebook that fits easily in your pocket, FIELD NOTES latest COLORS collection might be just the thing for an icy winter day.

Just Below Zero is just about perfect when it comes to color. The charcoal and gray covers resemble storm clouds and deep shadows while the aqua looks just like the blue found in an iceberg. The silver wording on the cover reminds me of tinsel or icicles, both classic tree ornaments. Did I mention I absolutely love these colors?

FIELD NOTES journals got a review earlier this year on Inkophile. That batch was a step above the Moleskine Cahiers used in my comparison. For a fountain pen user, that’s welcome news. For all other writing instruments, either product will do but the Just Below Zero colors would get my money for attractiveness alone.

Unlike other brands that carry the same thing for months if not years, FIELD NOTES produces a limited run and when the product is gone, it’s gone. So grab them while you can!
