  2. Very nice – guess I’ll have to add Iroshizuku Syo-Ro to my “inks wanted” list.


    • Syo-Ro is a really pretty color and one of my favorite inks. Keep in mind that from a nib, the color will be deeper and darker. Check out this writing sample. It’s the second ink from the top and in some pens it looks even darker. Diamine Teal is a close match and easier to find in the West. (Hint to Pilot/Iroshizuku: Wider distribution means more sales.) Both inks are really lovely and either would be a great alternative to true blue ink.
