Noodler’s Qin Shi Huang Ink
2013/02/13Noodler’s Qin Shi Huang. This new ink could be blood red or a terra cotta orange-red. I haven’t seen it yet so that is only a guess. Either way it is sure to please if you like red ink.
Qin Shi Huang (259-210 B.C.) was the first Emperor of China. His tomb is guarded by the Terracotta Army estimated to exceed over 8,000 life-sized soldier statues. The red in the image looks very close to the color of the ink.
The announcement at Noodler’s Ink is dated 2/11/2013 so check your favorite retailer for availability. The Qin Shi Huang invasion has begun!

It’s funny I have a bottle that I received this week as a bottom shelf item from gouletpens. I had no idea it was a new ink colour. Got lucky!! I’ll have to load it into a pen and have a play.
What is the color like? Online it looks orange-red but anything represented on a monitor can be deceiving.
